I came back from my 1 hr and 30 min walk…

I’m all sweaty but feel good about it.

I wanted to share a little secret with you.

I been carrying a pen and a sticky pad on my walks.

Yes a pen and sticky pads.

Why?

Well sometimes I get ideas on my walk and forget about it when I get home.

So to avoid this.

I carry a pen and a sticky pad, to write them down. Sometimes I get stared at, but I have ideas I want to share with you via emails.

So who cares if they are staring at me while I write these gold ideas.
