you should go for a walk

It’s day 3 of the day 10 challenge so you can better get to know me and what I am all about.

Today’s question is what is my philosophy…

I could ask ChatGPT but I won’t.

Never really thought about this…

But something I do every day is take a 1 hour walk after work (in the summer)

Something about that walk helps with all the stress that life can bring to you.

It helps the mind clear up any thoughts and think of new thoughts that you might not have thought about.

This is why you need to take a walk every single day if you can.

There is probably a lot of good studies of this and the benefits of going on a walk.
