Learned it at my current job where the CEO of the company wanted to share that with me so I can write more simple articles for the help centre.

And here I am sharing that with you.

But how do you know what grade your writing your emails?

Easy.

You can use this free tool called Hemingway Editor.

It will literally tell you what grade your writing is.

How neat is that.
