Listening from my iPhone.

I was singing the song, well actually lip syncing the song…

“Look

If you had one shot or one opportunity

To seize everything you ever wanted in one moment

Would you capture it

Or just let it slip? Yo

His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy

There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti

He's nervous, but…”

Then I said to myself…

“Oh nutz I have a lesson I want to write about in today’s newsletter.”

Quickly write it down before I forget.

From just lip syncing that part of song…

Let me share that listen that popped up from singing.

In his popular song Lose Yourself…

Eminem is rapping “If you had one shot or one opportunity…”

Many people think they have ONLY one opportunity to send an email to their list.

And it has to be perfect.

But guess what?

You don’t have one opportunity.

You have a tons of opportunities to send emails to your subscribers.

I know you want to send the ‘perfect’ email every time.

But if you do, you might not send that email.

So instead of thinking you only have one opportunity.

Think about you have a couple of opportunities.

And if you mess up you can always try again tomorrow, and tomorrow again.

Look at me, I am learning as I go…
