The surprise waiting at the top

Reading level: Grade 4

Yesterday’s email I wrote about my climb on an active volcano.

And left you hanging at the end about a surprise waiting at the top of the volcano when we finally arrived to top.

It wasn’t the viewwws. Which don’t get me wrong it was amazing.

But the surprise was the man waiting at the top with a tiny bell ringing and a huge cooler…

This men sell’s popsicles to people at the top. He climbs everyday and makes a decent profit selling a 35 cent popsicle for two dollars USD.

I immediately bought one. It was a nice surprise to be able to get something sweet and get the sugar flowing in the body from that climb. And from the sun attacking us.

The takeaway from this story is to surprise your clients by going above and beyond with your service.

This gentlemen climbs everyday because he knows not only he will make a good profit. But he is going above and beyond to provide a service that people will enjoy at the top of the volcano.

A nice cold, fresh, & juicy popsicle.

I know I did.

See you tomorrow

Daniel

P.S. Would you climb an active volcano everyday and sell popsicles?
